There is a propane grill available for those nights you want to barbeque and the best part...the home comes with built-in misters that sprays for mosquitos to keep them at bay. That means you can enjoy the outdoors without constantly worrying about them! The home is centrally located on St. Simons, just 2 miles from East Beach and walking distance to RedFern village where you can find some of the best food, drinks and boutiques the island offers. Up to 2 pets are welcome with a $300 pet fee. There are some breed and size restrictions so please contact us for more information. A refundable security deposit of $2,000 is required for all stays. This will be collected right after the time the property is booked and is returned after your stay once the home is inspected and determined free of damages.
